PURE Electrolyte Hydration is a premium natural isotonic electrolyte drink base using real freeze dried fruit, carbohydrates and electrolytes. It is best used during exercising periods over one hour or high-intensity exercise sessions. Contains the electrolytes, sodium, potassium, magnesium and calcium 5% carbohydrate content Each 500g resealable pouch makes 8.75 litres, each 42g makes 750ml Not sickly sweet or over flavoured Gut friendly formulation Sucrose, Glucose, Freeze Dried Pineapples (4.0%), Mineral Salts (Sodium Citrate, Potassium Citrate, Magnesium Lactate, Calcium Citrate), Acidity Regulator (Citric Acid), Antioxidant (Ascorbic Acid) * 252 milliOsmol/L DIRECTIONS: 
 Add one level scoop (included) of powder for every 250ml of water and mix well. Consume within 12 hours of mixing. RECOMMENDED USE: 
 500ml – 750ml per hour during extended exercise.
