The gammon can be boiled and then glazed, or roasted straight, and whatever is left over is the week's sandwiches and a proper carbonara.Bought separately these come to £34.97.Every cut is prepared in our own butchery and packed fresh to order, then delivered chilled in insulated packaging with ice sheets.
