Made from 100% deadstock cotton canvas: leftover mill rolls that were already made and would otherwise have gone to landfill. No new fabric was woven for this. The roll is the roll. When this olive run is gone there isn’t a second one in the same canvas — that’s the trade-off of using fabric nobody else wanted. Fabric that was already woven for someone else’s order and left unused. We buy the surplus rolls rather than commissioning new cloth. It’s the lowest-impact fabric there is, because the impact already happened. Is it organic cotton? No, and we won’t say it is. It’s 100% cotton canvas, OEKO-TEX compliant, from deadstock rolls. Different claim, and we think a better one. How much does it hold? 52 × 45cm with an 11cm gusset — a weekend bag’s worth. Laptop, towel, a market shop, two of the three. Will the print crack? Not with normal use. Cold wash, line dry, and don’t iron the print. What does “Limited Episode” mean? Each piece we release is part of a one-off capsule made in limited runs.
