Domaine Nakajima Table Wine Blanc 2025

Nagano / Japan Delaware grapes sourced from Yamagata. Previous vintages were released as a Pet-Nat, whereas this year's is made as a still white with a slight hint of natural spritz. The label features a crayon drawing of grapes by the winemaker’s daughter, adding a personal and warm touch to the wine. The grapes were harvested a little earlier to retain acidity. They are destemmed and crushed gently, and bottled during malolactic fermentation to give the delicate fine spritz. Notes of melon, green apples and kiwi. Versatile option for food pairing!
