Lomaverde Decaf, Espresso - Colombia

Grown and processed at Pergamino’s beautiful Lomaverde farm and homestead in Antioquia, Colombia, this coffee is decaffeinated locally before being shipped fresh to Market Lane Coffee. Lomaverde is decaffeinated using the EA Sugarcane Process, a gentle method that uses water and a naturally occurring compound from sugarcane to remove more than 97% of the caffeine while preserving the coffee’s inherent character. The result is a sweet, balanced and distinctive decaf that delivers plenty of flavour without the caffeine, proof that going decaf doesn’t mean compromising on quality.
