Lifted aromatics of citrus blossom and lime sit over ripe apple crunch and a gentle fennel/herbal note, with a clear stony edge. The palate is taut and precise, finishing chalky and saline, but with a measured mid-palate texture that keeps it generous rather than severe, a tank-raised, light-lees approach that supports the natural freshness.
