Le Cocagne - Coteaux du Vendomois

La cave des Vignerons du Vendomois has been created in 1929. It gathers 39 winegrowers for a surface of 165 ha of vines and belongs to Alliance group. Alliance Loire is a group of winegrowers who decided in 2002 to pool their resources in order to offer a complete range of authentic, well-balanced wines from Muscadet to Vouvray along the Loire River. 🍇 Chenin Blanc 🍷 Cave du Vendomois has a deep straw-yellow colour with golden highlights. Lovely nose of candied citrus, acacia blossom, and gooseberry. Full-bodied, fresh, and very expressive on the palate, with floral and pronounced fruity aromatics. The aftertaste is quite long, with interesting quince jelly, roast pineapple, and flinty overtones. Enjoy Ideal with delicatessen meat, seafood, fish and salad or simply on its own.
