The internal channel is wider than approximately 3.4mm. The slot opening is narrower than approximately 2.5mm, allowing the retaining foot to stay securely inside. You need a flexible bubble seal for a framed bi-fold, folding or sliding shower door. You mainly need a vertical seal, or your existing bottom channel uses the same profile. You need up to 2000mm of seal. Choose another seal if: Your existing seal clips directly onto exposed glass. The track cannot accept the 3.4mm retaining foot. The slot opening is too wide to hold the profile securely. You need a magnetic closing seal. Your installation requires a different T-slot profile or a much larger flexible sealing section. The rigid 3.4mm retaining foot sits inside the track, while the soft 10mm bubble section compresses when it meets the adjacent door, frame or panel. This profile is commonly used along the vertical edges of framed bi-fold, folding and sliding shower doors. In some enclosures, the same type of channel may also allow it to be used along the bottom. For a secure fit, check the track before ordering. The internal channel should be wider than approximately 3.4mm, while the slot opening should remain under approximately 2.5mm so the seal cannot easily pull back out. BU922 is supplied as one 2000mm strip and can be cut down to the required length.
