The yogurt is cup-set which allows the cream to rise to the top during incubation giving you a rich coloured layer that can be skimmed off or stirred through. The yogurt boasts a clean, tart, full-bodied flavour that can be enjoyed “as is” or can be flavoured with anything the you desire. Shelf life of 45-60 days in the refrigerator.
