Valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. Gift Card Terms & Conditions Avalon Home Gift Cards can be redeemed online at the Avalon Home website against any products available for purchase. Gift Cards are valid for 12 months from the original date of purchase. Any remaining balance after the expiry date will be forfeited. Gift Cards cannot be exchanged for cash and no cash alternative will be offered. Gift Cards cannot be used to purchase another Gift Card. If the value of an order is less than the value of the Gift Card, the remaining balance can be used on a future purchase, provided the Gift Card has not expired. If the value of an order exceeds the available Gift Card balance, the remaining amount can be paid using another accepted payment method. More than one purchase may be made using the same Gift Card until its balance has been used in full or the Gift Card expires. Gift Cards should be treated like cash. Avalon Home cannot accept responsibility for Gift Cards or codes that are lost, stolen, deleted or used without the recipient's permission. Where goods purchased using a Gift Card are returned and eligible for a refund, the relevant amount will be refunded to the original Gift Card rather than issued as cash. Gift Cards are non-refundable once purchased, except where required by law. Promotional or discount codes cannot be applied to the purchase of a Gift Card unless expressly stated otherwise. Gift Cards may be used alongside promotional codes when purchasing eligible products, subject to the terms of the relevant promotion. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights.
