O1 Omni Printer The World's First 4-in-1 Omni Printer The xTool O1 Omni Printer is a versatile 4-in-1 digital printing system designed to bring UV printing, UV DTF transfers, direct-to-garment printing, and direct-to-film printing into a single platform. Depending on the configuration selected, the O1 Omni can print directly onto rigid materials such as acrylic, wood, metal, glass, and ceramic, or produce vibrant designs for cotton, polyester, apparel, shoes, hats, and other fabric products. With a compact footprint and professional-grade printing capabilities, the O1 Omni is designed for product personalization, custom apparel, promotional products, signage, and small-batch production. Four Printing Workflows in One Platform The O1 Omni combines multiple digital printing technologies to give businesses and creators a wider range of applications without requiring separate machines for every type of product. UV printing allows designs to be printed directly onto compatible rigid and flexible surfaces, while UV DTF printing creates durable transfer decals that can be applied to curved and irregular objects. The UV + DT Fabric Edition adds both direct-to-garment (DTG) printing and direct-to-film (DTF) transfer capabilities for fabric applications. UV DTF production requires the optional xTool laminator. Choose the O1 Omni Configuration for Your Applications The xTool O1 Omni is available in three factory-configured versions. The Single UV Edition uses one Epson F1080 printhead and is designed for direct printing on basic rigid materials. The Dual-Head UV Edition uses two UV printheads and adds advanced capabilities including fluorescent colors and flexible white ink for applications involving materials such as leather and canvas. The UV + DT Fabric Edition combines a UV printhead with a dedicated fabric printhead, allowing the same machine to handle both hard goods and fabric printing through DTG and DTF workflows. The printhead and ink systems are factory configured and cannot be upgraded between editions after purchase. High-Resolution Printing and Precise Positioning The O1 Omni delivers print resolution up to 720 × 1440 dpi for detailed graphics, fine patterns, and small text. Its Pixel-Scan™ Vision System combines full-area laser sensing with CIS imaging to capture the actual dimensions and position of objects, helping maintain accurate design placement across the print area. xTool specifies positioning accuracy of up to ±0.2 mm and a vision system resolution of 1440 × 1200 dpi. The system also supports embossed printing with a maximum print height of 7 mm (0.28"), allowing users to create tactile graphics and dimensional effects rather than limiting production to flat, two-dimensional prints. The O1 Omni can also produce specialty effects including matte, gloss, and foil finishes through its integrated varnish channel, while the Dual-Head UV Edition adds fluorescent printing capabilities. UV Printing for Custom Products The O1 Omni's UV printing capabilities make it suitable for personalizing a broad range of products, including acrylic signs, wood products, metal items, glass, ceramic products, leather, canvas, promotional merchandise, and other compatible substrates. UV ink is cured during printing, allowing designs to be applied directly to many rigid and flexible materials without traditional inkjet printing methods. For curved and irregular objects, the UV DTF workflow allows designs to be printed onto transfer film and subsequently applied to compatible surfaces. This makes UV DTF particularly useful for customizing products such as tumblers, mugs, bottles, promotional items, and other objects that are difficult to print directly. The optional rotary attachment supports more than 90% of tumblers and mugs according to xTool. DTG and DTF Fabric Printing The UV + DT Fabric Edition adds a dedicated fabric printhead and fabric ink system for apparel decoration. DTG printing places the design directly onto garments, while DTF printing transfers artwork from film onto fabric using adhesive powder and a heat press. xTool recommends garments containing at least 50% cotton for optimal DTG results. The fabric ink system is OEKO-TEX® certified, and xTool states that its DTF/DTG prints are designed to withstand more than 50 washes without fading or cracking when properly processed. The UV + DT Fabric Edition uses two Epson F1080 printheads, with separate UV and fabric ink channels for the two printing workflows. Automated Printhead Maintenance The O1 Omni incorporates automated maintenance features designed to help keep its printheads ready for use. Depending on the configuration, the system automatically stirs and circulates white ink and provides printhead moisture protection. The O1 Omni is designed to remain powered so these automated maintenance functions can operate as intended. Remote cleaning and printer control are also available through the xTool app. Built for Product Personalization and Small-Batch Production With its combination of UV printing, specialty effects, fabric printing, precise object positioning, and support for a wide range of substrates, the xTool O1 Omni is designed for businesses and creators producing customized products across multiple categories.
