Horizon is a rug collection by Tanja Kirst for massimo copenhagen, drawn from the meeting of sky and earth. Soft transitions and natural gradients run through layers of muted tone, giving the rug depth and a calm sense of movement. Tanja Kirst works with hemp as a material for textile design, with an interest in subtle colour transitions and gradation into shades. Handwoven from 100% Italian hemp yarn with cotton backing. Underlay rug is included.
