A little extra flexibility, just in case. If the size, style or gift isn’t quite right, OrderFlex gives you one exchange for another available size or style within 14 days of delivery. You pay to return the original item to us, and we cover standard delivery of your replacement. How it works Contact support@editionss.com within 14 days of delivery. Return the item unworn, unwashed and with its tags attached. Once approved, we’ll arrange your replacement and cover its delivery. Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If the replacement costs more, you’ll pay the difference. If it costs less, we’ll refund the difference. If your preferred replacement is unavailable, you’ll receive store credit. OrderFlex covers one item exchange and must be added when placing your order—it cannot be purchased separately or added afterwards. Faulty, incorrect or misdescribed items remain covered under Australian Consumer Law regardless of whether OrderFlex was purchased.
