A previously owned, fully serviced, IDEAL 4700 office guillotine heavy-duty ream cutter. This machine was brought in from a local council, which has been cleaned and greased along with a sharpened blade fitted and new cutting-stick. In very good condition, for its age, with just general cosmetic wear and markings on the outer casings as shown in photo gallery. Originally purchased brand new from ourselves, by the customer, and has been regularly serviced by one of our qualified guillotine engineers on a yearly basis, from new.
