Columns of soft, stacked blocks rise from the lower edge like a skyline seen through mist — sage green, seafoam, dove blue and celadon stepping and shifting against a calm cream ground, with warm brown and charcoal grounding it and a scatter of tiny squares drifting across the top like falling confetti. It is abstract and architectural at once, closer to a Paul Klee cityscape than to any traditional rug, and it has the composure of a piece made for a gallery wall — laid on the floor instead.
