Upgrade the front suspension of your 2001-2010 GM Duramax with the DmaxStore XD Tubular Upper Control Arm Kit. Designed for Chevy Silverado and GMC Sierra 2500HD and 3500HD trucks equipped with the 6.6L Duramax LB7, LLY, LBZ, or LMM, these heavy-duty tubular upper control arms combine increased strength, greater ball joint articulation, and serviceable polyurethane bushings in a durable, good-looking package. The gusseted tubular design provides additional strength for towing, off-road driving, and demanding truck use, while the ball joint angle remains similar to the OE design. This makes the Dmax XD UCAs suitable for many stock, lifted, and lowered applications that use the factory-style control arm configuration. Heavy-Duty Tubular Construction DmaxStore designed these upper control arms as an upgrade over the factory-style components without dramatically changing the original suspension geometry. Each arm features a tubular steel construction with a medial gusset for increased strength, finished with a durable black powder coating. The included Dmax XD bolt-in ball joints are stronger than the factory units and provide a greater range of articulation. Because the ball joints are bolt-in, they can also be replaced more easily when service is eventually required.
