A striking midcentury 1960s Danish Modern Teak Highboard designed by Poul M Jesson & manufactured by his firm PMJ Møbler in Denmark. The very rare highboard is designed with a distinctive tapered upper profile, having a subtle, architectural slope that reduces the depth of the cabinet as it goes higher, giving a large storage unit a lighter silhouette. The handles are integrated into the sliding cupboard doors & drawers with a symmetrical design & the unit sits on beautifully tapered legs. The cabinet has an abundance of storage with three upper cupboards with internal shelving & a central bank of three drawers. The highboard is in beautiful condition & ready for a stylish interior.
