Poblano - Hot Pepper
This Mexican classic is a very mild chili, measuring 1000 to 2500 Scoville heat units. Wider shoulders with a tapered point, fruit measures 4 to 6 inches long.When allowed to dry to the red stage, we now have Ancho Chili . It is much sweeter and smoky then raw. Great for roasting and stuffing. Expect large bushy plants and good production.
