This Chardonnay is entirely unoaked, "tête en l'air" translates as head in the clouds, which is exactly the vibe, rich and creamy without a scrap of oak in sight. Expect beaming citrus, cream & mango, with a classic minerality and a super lemony finish.. Giving you freshness & texture. Pairs with: Oysters & prawns. Also great with sushi & sashimi
