Limited Edition - 70cl - 50,5% vol. A single cask expression of our signature Danish rye whisky, finished in an Amontillado sherry cask for a rich, nutty and deeply layered character. Crafted from 100% floor-malted, locally grown, rye and barley, and double distilled in small direct-fired copper pot stills. Firstly matured in heavy-char virgin American oak before being transferred to Amontillado sherry cask no. 12745, where the bold character of Danish rye meets the rich complexity of sherry-seasoned oak. Expect notes of toasted walnuts, orange, dried figs and raisins, balanced by soft vanilla, dark chocolate and warming spice. A full-bodied whisky with a rich, lingering finish.
