This is the non-refundable diagnostic fee that starts your repair. Our technicians inspect the unit, find the problem and build you a written estimate before any work is done.What happens next We pick up your equipment on the date you chose, or you drop it off at the shop A technician diagnoses it and we call you with an estimate — estimates usually take several business days You approve or decline the repair.
