Bollitos Navideños Venezolanos

This is a delicious plate made with corn dough, mixed with pork and beef stew. Each bite contains the aromas of sweet wine, capers, onions, leeks, parsley, peppers, and many other greens and spices, combined with different textures and flavors from raisins and little pieces of chopped almonds, olives, onions, and red peppers.
