BlueFIN Perimeter Flood Barrier System

The BlueFIN™ Modular Flood Wall System is a rapidly deployable, reusable flood barrier designed for perimeter protection, water diversion, vulnerable openings, critical infrastructure, and large-scale flood mitigation projects. BlueFIN panels connect side by side to form a continuous flood wall around buildings, equipment, utilities, construction sites, and other areas requiring dependable protection. Standard corner and turn panels allow the barrier to follow a project-specific layout, while an available access-door panel provides a 30-inch opening for emergency entry or egress. Each BlueFIN section combines a fiberglass-reinforced composite honeycomb panel with a rigid 6063 T-6 aluminum frame. The upright and ground panels assemble into an L-shaped configuration supported by diagonal braces. As floodwater rises against the barrier, the horizontal ground panel uses the weight of the water to help ballast the system in place. Industrial latches pull adjoining sections together and compress the seals between them. Closed-cell EPDM seals along the panel edges and bottom frame help reduce water passage at the connections and ground surface. BlueFIN is designed to ship and store flat, then assemble on site in advance of a flood. Available standard configurations provide protection heights of 3, 4, 6, or 8 feet, with custom systems available up to 9 feet for qualifying applications.
