Oktoberfest | 6.2% Our golden, modern take on the beers poured at Oktoberfest in Munich. Pale, strong and deceptively drinkable. Brewed with local Rabbit Hill Farmhouse Pils, Vienna and Munich malt, then hopped with Hallertauer Mittelfrüh and Spalt, it brings soft fresh bread and cracker like malt, a touch of honeyed grain, and delicate floral/herbal noble hop character. A long, cold lagering period leaves it polished and clean, with enough malt underneath to remind you it’s a festival beer and a crisp, lively finish.
