White Rice Candle

A tribute to Vietnam's cultural symbol of livelihood - the white jasmine rice. Found at nearly every Vietnamese meal, the humble bowl of rice has nurtured generations. This scent presents a subtly sweet aroma, harmonizing gentle softness with the rice grain's nuttiness. Note: d'Annam candles are inspired by their namesake fragrances, not exact reproductions. As some fragrance materials are not suited to burning, each is formulated to capture the character of the original scent in a form made for the flame. Notes: Rice, Pandan, Orris, Jasmine, Tonka Bean, White Musk Jar Dimension 13 x 9.8 x 9.8cm / 5.1 × 3.9 × 3.9 in Estimated Burn Time 50–60 hours Use & Care: On first lighting, allow the wax to melt to the edge of the vessel — two to three hours — to prevent tunnelling on later burns. Trim the wick to 5mm before each use, burn for no more than four hours at a time, and let the wax cool and set fully before relighting. Extinguish when 1cm of wax remains. Keep away from direct sunlight, children, and pets; place on a stable, heat-resistant surface and never leave a burning candle unattended.
