Add Forged Flare® Shipping Protection for $4.00 and your whole order is covered if it's lost, damaged, or stolen on the way to you. Every piece is handmade right here in Texas. We want it to reach you safely. What it costs $4.00 per order. Add it once and it covers everything in your cart. Covers up to $150 of product (retail value) per order. Orders with more than $150 of product are covered up to $150. The $4.00 fee is not refundable. What's covered Lost packages Damaged items during shipping Stolen packages If something goes wrong in transit, we'll replace the affected item(s). If an item is out of stock or no longer available, we'll refund it instead. Not covered Packages sent to the wrong address because of an address entered incorrectly at checkout Late arrivals Orders that did not add Shipping Protection at checkout Claims made more than 7 days after the expected delivery date Product value over $150 per order How to file a claim Contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. Include your order number and a short note about what happened. We may ask for photos of any damage to help us improve in the future! That's it. We'll take it from there.
