Daler-Rowney Georgian Oil Painting Paper | 22 x 30 inch | 250 gsm

Daler Rowney Georgian Oil Painting Paper is a high-performance, ready-to-use paper formulated specifically for oil painting. Sold as loose individual sheets, this surface removes the need for canvas priming or gesso preparation, allowing you to paint directly onto the paper. The paper has an internal and surface barrier that helps keep oil at the surface, reducing absorption and helping colours retain their appearance. Its heavyweight construction supports blending, scraping, solvent use and thicker palette-knife applications. The acid-free paper is designed to resist yellowing and brittleness over time and is suitable for traditional oils, water-mixable oils, oil pastels and heavy-body acrylics. Surface Finish: Embossed linen texture (mimics the tooth and drag of traditional woven canvas) Paper Weight: 250gsm / 115lb Color: Natural White Composition: 100% acid-free woodfree cellulose, wood-pulp base Sizing: Specially sized core and surface to prevent oil absorption, oil rings, and bleed-through to the reverse side
