Notes are smooth, clear and layered. They include, honeysuckle and orangeade and finishes with moderate acidity. This coffee brews true in all formats from drip/pour over that highlights its sweet florals, direct immersion (french press/siphon pot) if you want to accentuate the creamy texture, and espresso that pushes the orangeade to the front of the line. Please note this coffee is highly approachable as a fresh roast, and will hold up great with ample rest too. Fresh roast is a bit brighter hit of florals with rested cups presenting a sweeter honeysuckle note.
