A little piece of Quilly without her having to lick the envelope. 😂 The full £10 goes towards getting us closer to her treatment costs, and you’ll have an adorable little keepsake from her in return. 🖤 🦔 A little bit about Quilly As many of you know, my little Quilly has developed a tumour in her ear which unfortunately appears to be cancer. We don’t know exactly what type yet as the biopsy will be taken while she is under anaesthetic for surgery. Tumours like this can be aggressive in African pygmy hedgehogs, so we really need to give her this chance while she’s still maintaining her weight, eating, exploring and generally being her bright, curious and adorable little self. She’s only 3, which is relatively young for this to happen, but thankfully that also works in her favour when it comes to being a candidate for surgery. The vet has been very clear that surgery isn’t without risk, but there is hope that she can recover and have more happy hedgehog time ahead of her. 🖤 Between her consultations, medication, scans, biopsy and surgery, her veterinary treatment will have cost nearly £2,000 in total. I’ve managed to get together most of it, but with my own medical costs lately I’ve found myself around £500 short, and we need it very soon. So I have put together some little Quilly fundraiser goodies from my work. There is absolutely no pressure at all, but if you’d like something special while helping this tiny gremlin get the treatment she needs, it would mean the absolute world to me.
