An Antique Wooden Wall Mounted Candle Box

A proper old English country pine candle box with the most wonderful shaped back. It hangs on the wall from the little hole at the top, just as it would have done beside the fireplace in a country kitchen, keeping the candles safe, dry, and out of harm's way. The pine has that lovely scrubbed, honey-colored surface that you just can't fake. Fill it with candles, of course — but it's just as handy by the front door for mail and keys. Imported from England.
