Sports Tenugui / Komure

A Pattern That Captures a Single Moment in the Mountains, "Komure" Look up at the sky in the mountains, and the color beyond the trees, and the way the overlapping branches and leaves look, shift a little each time with the light, the season, and the air of that day. Komure captures one of those fleeting moments in nature. It's a piece made with the feeling of noticing a beauty you only catch once you stand in that place — a reminder to look up from your feet now and then, to the sky and the trees, as you walk. A "Sports Tenugui" Built for Easy Outdoor Use A long-size tenugui with features suited to hiking, camping, and trail running, designed with a balance that fits naturally into outdoor scenery. Its dimensions and material are built for wiping sweat or wrapping around the neck or head, raising how it handles while you're on the move. Five Points Uses an original bamboo rayon yarn prized for absorbency and quick drying — wipes away sweat and dries fast, easy to handle on the move. A long design at roughly 110cm, easy to wrap around the head or neck. Overlocked fabric edges that resist fraying. A special finish with a naturally derived softener for a gentle feel against the skin. Anti-bacterial, anti-odor finishing with hinokitiol worked into the fabric. Material and Size Built for Everyday Handling The 50% cotton, 50% bamboo rayon fabric balances easy wiping with quick drying, staying comfortable even when you're sweating. At roughly 31 x 110cm, the long size wraps around the neck without the ends hanging down too far, and sits well when wrapped around the head. The overlocked edges hold up well through repeated washing and carrying. The anti-bacterial, anti-odor finish and soft feel against the skin keep it easy to use through long days out or several days running on a trip.
