This example is in excellent preloved condition and features an upgraded scratchplate and pickup covers, giving it a slightly different look from the standard factory configuration. All other components remain original. American-Made Fender Quality Built in Corona, California, the American Professional II series represents Fender's modern take on its most recognisable electric guitar. The familiar alder body provides a comfortable, balanced feel, while the classic Olympic White finish and maple fingerboard give this Stratocaster a timeless appearance. It's a guitar that feels immediately familiar but benefits from thoughtful improvements to the neck, electronics and hardware. Whether you're playing at home, recording or performing live, the American Professional II is built to handle it. Deep C Neck & Rolled Fingerboard Edges One of the standout features of the American Professional II Stratocaster is its Deep C maple neck. The profile offers a little more substance than a traditional Modern C without feeling overly chunky. The satin neck finish and rolled fingerboard edges make it particularly comfortable, while the 9.5-inch radius and 22 narrow tall frets provide a nice balance between traditional Fender feel and modern playability. A sculpted neck heel also makes reaching the higher frets more comfortable. It's an excellent neck for everything from chord work to expressive lead playing. V-Mod II Single-Coil Pickups The American Professional II features three Fender V-Mod II single-coil Stratocaster pickups, designed to deliver the familiar clarity and character of a traditional Strat with a balanced response across all five pickup positions. The neck pickup offers warm, rounded tones that work beautifully for blues and clean playing. The middle and combined pickup positions deliver the familiar bright, slightly hollow Stratocaster sound that's particularly good for funk, pop and rhythm guitar. The bridge pickup provides extra bite and definition for rock and lead playing. A push-push function on the second tone control also allows the neck pickup to be added to positions one and two, providing additional pickup combinations beyond the standard five-way switching. Two-Point Tremolo with Cold-Rolled Steel Block The American Professional II features an improved two-point synchronised tremolo system with a cold-rolled steel block. This provides smooth tremolo operation while contributing to the guitar's resonance and sustain. Combined with Fender's staggered tuning machines and quality hardware, it's a practical system for players who want expressive vibrato without moving to a locking tremolo design. Excellent Preloved Condition This Fender American Professional II Stratocaster presents in excellent preloved condition.
