This is a high-body, high-solids elastomeric coating that allows for thick layers to be applied. It is durable, flexible, and resistant to fungal attack, color fading due to sunlight, and harsh weather conditions typical of coastal and subtropical areas. It offers excellent protection against rain, humidity, and sun. The finish is satin and free of fibers or texturizing aggregates. It is expected to last about 20 years.
