Sironko Station Washed Anaerobic

This light/medium roast coffee, processed at Sironko Station in Uganda, features honey, limeade, and cranberry notes. Cherries are fermented anaerobically and washed to ensure sweetness and clarity.

• The process includes a 14-day dry anaerobic fermentation followed by an additional 48-hour fermentation.
