Library Table with Snake-Motif, early 19th Century

This table features a round top made of radially veneered burl wood with decorative elements and six drawers also adorned with leaf motifs. It stands on a trefoil base with sabre legs and a central column wrapped in a carved, gold-patinated swan's neck.
