This makes a 12-cup bundt (huge) gluten-free chocolate pound cake that is out of this world! Named for my niece Peri, who loves chocolate cake, this gluten-free cake is sure to be a crowd-pleaser. It's moist, chocolatey and you'd never know it's gluten free. This mix also can be used for 2 9" round or 2 loaf pans. Ingredients are: Sugar, Rice Flour, Potato Starch, Tapioca Flour, Cocoa Processed with Alkali, Aluminum-free Corn-free Baking Powder (Sodium Acid Pyrophosphate, Baking Soda, Potato Starch, Monocalcium Phosphate), Natural Flavor, Cellulose Gum, Salt.
