Fire Hose Guard Material

A 36-inch section of heavy-duty reclaimed Wildland Fire Hose used for abrasion protection on synthetic rigging. It fits snugly over 7/16-inch soft shackles and is thicker than tubular nylon webbing.

• The thick tough outer polyester weave in combination with the urethane liner outlives the industry typical tubular nylon webbing by 10:1
• The fire hose can be cut with heavy duty scissors or shears
• I do not recommend using this material for a 'sliding' guard such as a winch line application
