Anjou - 2016
This wine is made from 100% Cabernet Franc grapes sourced from vines aged 45 to 55 years. The soil is argilo-limey with grayish-red sandstone and red limestone over chalk. It undergoes 12 months of fine lees aging in Burgundian casks and an additional 6 months in vat. The vinification process includes whole cluster pressing, indigenous yeasts, and a 30-day maceration without extraction.
