This coffee is from Santa María de Dota, Tarrazú, Costa Rica, grown at 1,500–1,950 MASL. It is eco-pulped and sun-dried, resulting in a clean cup with notes of red grapefruit, honey roasted nut caramel, and vibrant acidity.
- This lot is processed at the Coopedota mill, a co-op that has been operating since 1960 and became the world’s first carbon-neutral coffee producer.
