My name is issam zitouni ... I am Moroccan .... Raised in the UAE I was 185 kilo grams of weight (obese So basically what motivated me to lose weight primarily was rejections .... And once I saw the acceptance happening after I lost weight ... I specialized in fitness and got certified ... After that I couldn't handle the lust .... I got so much acceptance ... I couldn't believe it .... I got into drugs .... I built a character that is so dark ... I moved from being Mr nice guy ... To being Mr . Bad guy .... I broke so many rules ... Detoured my focus of myself .. and again started seeking approval from wrong people I dived so much into the underground world .... And for all the rules I broke for others (relationship) ... My heart got broken the most I been through manipulation, gaslighting , and dealt with narcasistic people And got so much lack of self appreciation because of it I figured out after I experienced a near death experience that it's my life I have the full responsibility for it And for that I decided to be happy regardless With the help of god and the right people And my curiosity to learn Cause I thought I lost it at some point I figured out that I can cure myself from addiction And through that I achieved really high level of knowledge And high level of spiritualityd I felt guilty for ruining myself I studied multiple religions through my journey .. cause I had doubts about religion ... But then I figured out that it all pours into the same ocean ... God And I felt more comfortable in islam. .. for all the values it has I had to deal with attachment and heartbreaks from narcasistic relationship Which was one of the hardest thing i dealt with so far And it taught me self love And I used my knowledge to build myself, and guide others for us all to build a strong community and society And the base of it is mainly knowledge and true belief I started my social media content creation in Arabic ... Cause that's my community ... Am in UAE I am more comfortable in English ... Inshallah it will be the next step My purpose. ... I simply want to be remembered for something thats worth it . My way. ... I transform pain to power My goal .... To build a self-development evolutionary system for the current and next generations. انا عصام زيتوني ..مغربي .. نشأت في الامارات ,كان وزني 185 كيلو جرام وشعرت بالرفض من جميع الناس حوالي فدفعني ذلك لإنقاص وزني ,, تخصصت في اللياقة البدنية وحصلت على شهادة معتمدة ... دخلت في عالم المخدرات ,لقد خرقت الكثير من القواعد ... حولت تركيزي على نفسي .. وسعيت لأنال رضاا العديد من الأشخاص المظلمين لقد غطست كثيرًا في عالم خاطئ وتعاملت مع الأشخاص النرجسيين وحصلت على الكثير من عدم تقدير الذات بسبب ذلك اكتشفت بعد تجربة قريبة من الموت أنها حياتي وأنا أتحمل مسؤوليتها ولهذا قررت أن أكون سعيدًا بعون ​​الله وفضولي للتعلم , اكتشفت أنني أستطيع علاج نفسي من الإدمان, ومن خلال ذلك حققت حقًا مستوى عالٍ من المعرفة ومستوى عالٍ من الروحانية تعمقت في دراسة الأديان واكتشفت انها جميعها تصب في نفس المحيط .. الله وشعرت براحة كبيرة في الإسلام. .. لجميع القيم فيه كان علي أن أتعامل مع التعلق والشخصية الناجمة عن العلاقة النرجسية استخدمت معرفتي في بناء نفسي ، وإرشاد الآخرين لنا جميعًا لبناء مجتمع قوي وأساسه المعرفة والإيمان الحقيقي لقد بدأت إنشاء محتوى الوسائط الاجتماعية الخاص بي باللغة العربية أجيد التعامل أكثر باللغة الانجليزية غايتي : أريد ببساطة أن أتذكر شيئًا يستحق كل هذا العناء. طريقى : أحول الألم إلى قوة هدفي : لبناء نظام تطوري للتطور الذاتي للأجيال الحالية والقادمة.
