All plants are quarantined and packaged with great care before shipping. If you need a specific ship-out date or have special instructions, please add a note at checkout. Soils and pots are not included to help prevent damage or rot during transit. Tips Upon arrival, we recommend potting the plant into fresh soil. Shipping may cause temporary dryness or color changes — this is normal and will recover with proper care. Soil Use well-draining, porous soil. A cactus/succulent mix combined with pumice or perlite (1:1 ratio) is a great starting option. Succulents like dry conditions — avoid letting them sit in wet soil. Sunlight Introduce sunlight gradually. Avoid immediate full sun exposure to prevent leaf burn. We suggest using ~40% shade cloth in intense sun environments. Watering Water when the soil has fully dried. Reduce watering significantly during cooler or dormant periods. Support Please message us with any questions — we’re always here to help! Customer satisfaction is our top priority. Order today to experience our quality plants and service!
