Colombia : Rodrigo Sanchez, Laurina

This coffee comes from the Laurina varietal grown at 1730 MASL in Palestina, Colombia. It has natural processing and notes of cranberry, vanilla, plum butter, and raw honey.

• The Laurina varietal is naturally low in caffeine and exceptionally difficult to cultivate.
• Only select Laurina cherries, measuring 24–28° Brix with a pH of 5.6–5.9, are used.
• The coffee undergoes a 24-hour fermentation and drying process under direct sun and shade canopies.
