How to Apply Prep the brows by combing hairs up with the brush provided. Use soft back and forth motions to outline the shape underneath the brow. Draw small, light hair strokes along the brown contour and soft upward hairstrokes at the front of the brow. Use the brush to comb the brow upwards to ensure the product is evenly distributed.
